Coming from Norwich
From the A11 (Newmarket Road) head to the Thickthorn roundabout. At the roundabout go right onto the B1172 (Norwich Road) and go past the petrol station and Little Chef. At the next small roundabout to straight on. Keep on the Norwich Road (as if heading towards Wymondham.) Go past a garage on your left and you will see a church ahead. Just before the church take the right turning into Churchfields (see map) Take the second right off Churchfields and this is Lakeland Way. No 12 is at the end of the road before the play area.
